  • Orders placed will be shipped within two business days of order confirmation.
  • Shipping within India 7 to 10 days
  • Within Tamil Nadu 3 to 4 days
  • International delivery may take between15 to 21 days

Refund Policy

At The Sarees, we take pride in our reputation as a fifth-generation saree company, serving over 1 lakh happy customers. We uphold stringent standards for our products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully:

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or the wrong item has been sent to you.
  • No returns will be accepted for slight color variations or differences in the feel of the material. We meticulously use pure and fine quality cotton, silk, and silk cotton for weaving our sarees. While we make every effort to reproduce colors accurately, variations may occur due to device settings or screen brightness.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

We meticulously inspect and quality-check all our products before packing. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Refunds for wrong or damaged products will be processed within 48 hours after the product is received by The Sarees.
